Do you offer trade discounts?

This is not something we offer. However, if you are ordering contract quantities of items please give us a call on 0330 058 6479 to discuss special pricing.

I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Not everything we offer is on the website. If you’ve set your heart on something and can’t find it, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. You can also pay us via PayPal or BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please call us to arrange. Any other questions? Call us on 0330 058 6479 for more information or to place your order.

What happens once I have placed my order?

We will double check the content of the order to ensure that it perfectly matches your new bathroom design or that the products you have chosen are compatible. Once done, we’ll get in touch to let you know the expected delivery date.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days after you receive the products to arrange delivery and return them to us. For more on the costs of returning an item, please see our Terms and Conditions.

How much do you charge for delivery?

There is no charge for orders over £500; we also offer free delivery on all orders inside the M25. There is a fee for orders under £500, but this depends on what you have ordered. Expect to pay £10 for small goods or £70 for large or mixed orders.

What is the standard delivery time?

We aim to get your order to you within 5 to 10 days. Need it sooner? Drop us a line to sales@wob-online.com and we will do our best to make it happen. However, we do recommend you don’t arrange a start date with your plumber until all your goods have arrived.

When can I expect my delivery?

We will inform you of your expected delivery day once we receive your order, and we will keep you up to date if anything changes. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a delivery time but if you do have specific requirements, drop us a line at sales@wob-online.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes, once your order has been placed a member of our team will get in touch to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

My order is damaged or incomplete, what do I do next?

As soon as your order arrives, please check carefully for missing items and also for any possible damage. If you notice either, contact our friendly customer service team.
Deliveries made by courier services: Inform us immediately on 03300 586 479. Deliveries by our vehicles: Driver to be notified at the time and confirmed to us within 5 working days.
You’re within your rights to refuse delivery of the order if it isn’t right.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

Please ensure someone is at home on the agreed day of delivery. If we cannot deliver the items a redelivery fee may apply. Please note, we offer a kerbside delivery service and therefore your assistance will be required to take the items into your property.
