What items cannot be returned?

  • Any items that are Made-to-Order including special finishes or colours and items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product listing
  • Any items that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted
  • Any items that require assembly for fitting and have been assembled / disassembled
  • Any items that return to us damaged due to improper protective packaging may incur charges. Up to 25% of the item value charge may apply if the box is not intact, badly damaged or any labels applied / writing on the box cannot be easily removed
  • Duravit Furniture items – vanity units and storage cabinets

Original boxes, accessories & manuals

All goods returned to us must be in a re-sellable condition. This includes the box(es) the item(s) came in. Box(es) must be intact and free of dirt, paint, plaster or any other things that can get on to boxes when a bathroom refurbishment is going on around them.

Please do not attach any courier labels, other documents or anything but the minimum amount of clear tape needed to close the product box as removing these will most likely cause irreversible damage to the boxes.

Any items that return to us damaged due to improper protective packaging may incur charges. Up to 25% of the item value charge may apply if the box is not intact, badly damaged or any labels applied / writing on the box cannot be easily removed.

Placing these into another box with sufficient packaging to protect them in transit to us is a good idea. We would also encourage you to ensure that whichever service you use to return these items gives you sufficient insurance cover should these be damaged or go missing in transit as the cost of return is your responsibility. Please be sure to include all internal packaging, instructions and fitting guides.

How do I return an item?

From the date that you receive your delivery of the item(s) in question, you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return it. We will then send you an Authorised Return Note, at this point you have a further 14 days to return the item to us, a total of 28 days.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your money after items have been returned and inspected for resale. If an item is returned for repair we must return it to the manufacturer and we will advise you of their current turnaround time as these times may vary from brand to brand.
